With customers such as Volvo Group, DAF, Mitsubishi, VDL, Bosch, Siemens and GEA, we have extensive experience in various industries. We are happy to bring this expertise to our future German customers. Germany has a unique reputation in the engineering field and we look forward to strengthening our international teams with this."

Employeneurship in Germany

Our unique model ‘Employeneurship’ is an innovative business model for highly skilled engineers, scientists and digital experts. Areas of expertise range from robotics and software to nanotechnology and data science. The model has five basic principles: individual profit sharing, personal coaching and training, a sustainable working relationship, expert communities and the Entrepreneurial Lab where employeneurs can realize their own ideas and products. Entrepreneurship, ownership, autonomy and transparency are key here. With the introduction of work entrepreneurship in Germany, we aim to attract top German talent.
