TMC pays great attention to IT Security. To guarantee the IT security of our systems, we have setup this IT Security Management System (ISMS). This system is built according to the international ISO27001 standard. Every colleague within TMC has a role in keeping our IT Security at the highest level. TMC Italia S.p.A. has activated the following internal reporting channel in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblowing Decree (Legislative Decree 24/2023) https://areariservata.mygovernance.it/#!/WB/TMCItalia, which allows the submission of notifications in written form via electronic means and ensures confidentiality—also through encryption tools—of the identity of the whistleblower, the person involved, and any person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and its related documentation.
