About this vacancy
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer who plays a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and safety. In this role, you will conduct audits and quality assessments to ensure that processes, systems, and documentation comply with cGMP guidelines and applicable international laws and regulations. Your responsibilities - Conducting routine audits on data, procedures, equipment, systems (including computer systems), and facilities - Reviewing and approving production and analytical documentation for the release of APIs, Safety Assessment, and/or clinical batches (bulk and packaged) - Determining compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and global regulations - Documenting audit findings and preparing clear audit reports - Coordinating and following up on audit findings with relevant departments - Performing internal audits and inspections under supervision or as part of a team - Supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) - Reporting inspection results to management
What we expect from you
Qualifications & Experience Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry or with a (governmental) drug regulatory agency Working knowledge of cGMP regulations (required) Experience with audits, inspections, or quality assessments is a plus Detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused Strong oral and written communication skills Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in English Knowledge of the Dutch language is a definite advantage
