As an Order Manager, you manage the entire order book and ensure that internal teams stay focused on agreements and deadlines. You are the connector between the customer, planning, and logistics: someone who thinks ahead, identifies issues, and resolves them.

Are you the one who brings clarity, manages expectations, and ensures that clients always know exactly where they stand? In this role, you will be the driving force behind a seamless order-to-cash process. You serve as the primary point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with planning and Supply Chain to guarantee flawless and timely deliveries. What we expect from you
Your key responsibilities: • Monitoring the order book and following up on agreed delivery times • Proactively identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions • Maintaining intensive customer contact regarding progress, re-evaluations, and managing the dynamics of re-ins and re-outs • Ensuring a realistic balance between customer expectations and internal feasibility • Proactively coordinating with customers about changes, delivery times, and forecasts • Translating customer requirements into an executable plan • Collaborating with planning, Supply Chain, and program management to optimize processes and enhance delivery reliability You are the critical link that ensures agreements are upheld and customers receive clear, reliable information. Your strengths: You have strong communication skills and know how to inspire and engage others in your approach. You have a keen eye for detail while always maintaining the bigger picture. Additionally, you are proactive and prefer preventing problems rather than solving them. In addition, you bring: • HBO-level working and thinking abilities, acquired through education or experience • Experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Proficiency in Excel • A proactive attitude: you timely identify bottlenecks and address them • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
