For a project within our quality team, we are looking for a driven Quality Assurance Associate who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Welcome to our team
Within the Quality Master Data & Maintenance team, we ensure that crucial data in our quality systems are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant. Master Data plays a key role in safeguarding quality during the procurement, production, testing, and storage of materials. We also make a significant contribution to batch release according to registered specifications and to a reliable supply chain, including supporting correct certificate information for our customers. Our team is part of Quality Operations Systems & Compliance and works closely with other Quality Assurance departments, various Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), and Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) within our global Animal Health organization.
About the role
In this role, you ensure that the information provided is processed timely, accurately, and completely in our quality systems. You work with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Teams, as well as systems like SAP and LIMS. This helps ensure that the source systems for our GMP processes remain aligned with laws and regulations and registered data. You regularly coordinate with Qualified Persons, Operational Coaches of the involved IPTs, and IPT Improvement.
In addition to daily run-and-maintain tasks, you will encounter questions and unexpected challenges. Your analytical skills, precision, and problem-solving ability make all the difference here. You respond swiftly, propose practical solutions, and directly contribute to the quality, continuity, and compliance of our processes.
No day is the same: as a Quality Assurance Associate, you combine precision with teamwork and have plenty of opportunities to further improve our quality systems.
Tasks and responsibilities
· You ensure timely and accurate processing of regulatory changes in the quality system.
· You advise on the impact of changes on the respective quality systems.
· You are responsible for accurate administration and documentation of data according to procedures and guidelines.
· You identify improvement opportunities and initiate and facilitate medium-sized, moderately complex improvement projects within and outside the team.
What we expect from you
Your Profile · You have at least a bachelor's degree (HBO) in biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field. · You have experience with SAP and possess strong SAP knowledge. · You are knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDocP). · You communicate clearly and professionally at various levels, both in Dutch and English. · You have a positive attitude, enjoy learning new things, and gain energy from achieving results. · You like to think beyond the boundaries of your own role and actively collaborate with colleagues. · You take ownership, work independently, and maintain an overview, even when priorities change.
