Are you a team leader who thrives on collaboration, customer-oriented work, and ensuring seamless order processes in a high-tech environment? In this role, you will lead a close-knit team of order managers and ensure that customers receive exactly what has been agreed upon. You will be the sparring partner, coach, and pillar of support for your team. You will foster a safe, open, and positive culture where professionals can grow, learn, and enjoy their work.

What we expect from you

The Role As Team Lead Order Management, you will manage a team of 10+ order managers. Your focus will be on building a strong, collaborative team while maintaining high quality in the order intake and handling process. You will work closely with planning, Supply Chain, and surrounding departments to improve processes and continuously enhance customer reliability. Your main responsibilities: • You develop and coach your team members to help them grow in their roles and as individuals. • You create an open, positive team atmosphere where successes are shared and everyone feels heard. • You promote service orientation, data reliability, and collaboration within the department. • Together with your team, you ensure proper processes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. • You focus on KPIs but prioritize what your team needs to perform well. • You stand alongside your team during escalations and complex customer cases, providing support and trust. Your Profile You have completed higher education (HBO or WO) in a field such as (Technical) Business Administration, Logistics, or a related area. Above all, you are a team builder: someone who connects, motivates, and exudes trust. You bring: • Proven experience in order management and a clear understanding of the daily work of an order management team • At least 4 years of leadership experience with a strong focus on people and processes • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments • A flexible, decisive, and people-oriented approach • The talent to clearly set priorities and convey them in a positive way
