About this vacancy
As a Project Leader, you carry the project responsibility and are thus ultimately responsible for achieving the desired project outcome. Together with your team, you are responsible for project management, risk management, project control, engineering, material supply, environmental management, rights and permits, contracting, construction, commissioning, and aftercare for new construction and renovation projects. You ensure optimal collaboration both within your project team(s) and with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the intended project results within the set boundaries and conditions. As a Project Leader, you are involved in business development, project preparation, clustering, and execution of new construction and renovation projects, or may act as a sub-project leader in large, complex projects.
What we expect from you
To be successful in this role:
- You have HBO/WO level of education and thinking, preferably completed a technical HBO or university degree, and at least 4 years of relevant work experience;
- You hold an IPMA-D or C certificate (or equivalent) or are willing to obtain one;
- You have experience in clustering and managing multidisciplinary projects and teams, and have successfully realized projects;
- You are environmentally aware and excel at engaging and convincing various internal and external stakeholders;
- You are result-oriented, resilient under pressure, and excel in planning and organizing;
- You have excellent safety awareness and set an example for those around you;
- You possess a strong sense of responsibility, are entrepreneurial and proactive;
- You are an energetic leader who fosters collaboration and is someone team members enjoy working for.
