About this vacancy

We are looking for a Product Owner capable of acting as a bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and product objectives. You will work on integrated solutions that combine cloud platforms, mobile applications, and firmware components, contributing to the product's evolution throughout its lifecycle: discovery, requirements definition, development, validation, and release. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring the team works on high-value features aligned with the product strategy. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather needs, clarify functional and technical requirements, validate priorities, and facilitate decision-making processes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams composed of cloud, mobile, and firmware developers, QA specialists, UX/UI experts, and project stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear and prioritized user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items. - Managing and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring alignment between roadmaps, product goals, and team capabilities. - Facilitating Agile/Scrum activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Scrum Master. - Coordinating dialogue between business, cloud architectures, mobile development, and firmware development, balancing technical feasibility, quality, and time-to-market. - Monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and functional impacts while supporting quick and transparent decision-making. - Contributing to the definition of release plans, the evolutionary roadmap, and product success metrics.

What we expect from you

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent role in complex software projects.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and modern software architectures; knowledge of mobile and/or firmware projects will be considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders, synthesizing diverse needs into clear operational priorities.
  • Pragmatic approach, value-oriented, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Autonomy in priority management, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Availability for 50% on-site presence in the Vicenza area.
  • Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English languages.
  • Availability for travel and relocation will be considered a preferential requirement.
  • Strong motivation for TMC’s Employeneurship model.

NICE TO HAVE 

  • Experience in IoT, embedded systems, connected devices, or integrated hardware/software digital products.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalents.
  • Sensitivity to UX, product quality, and data-driven decision-making.

 

What you can expect from us

The position involves a permanent employment contract and a base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of no less than €33,000, in compliance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. Following the selection process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes:

  • a component of profit-sharing for the project;
  • an individual annual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
  • an annual welfare credit.

Further details will be provided during the selection process, in line with applicable company policies.
