About this vacancy
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Design of analog and digital electronic boards based on microcontrollers and FPGA.
- Definition of hardware architectures, electrical schematics, and components.
- Development and integration of safety-critical hardware.
- Analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting during development phases.
- Hardware/software integration and support for integrating complex systems.
- Execution of tests, verification, and validation of electronic performance.
- Preparation of technical documentation and management of Problem Reports.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Aerospace, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or related disciplines.
- Italian C2, English B2
- At least 2 years of experience in electronic hardware development.
- Experience in designing analog and digital circuits.
- Knowledge of Cadence OrCAD and circuit simulation tools (PSpice).
- Experience in hardware testing, verification, and validation activities.
- Knowledge of ARINC 429 and CAN Bus communication buses.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
- Familiarity with Doors, Jira, SVN/Tortoise SVN or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of C, C++ and Python languages.
- Experience with engines, sensors, actuators, and electromechanical or electrohydraulic systems.
What you can expect from us
The position entails a permanent contract and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, upon completion of the selection process, evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In alignment with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development amounting to €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company policies in effect.
