What does a project manager do from an architectural perspective?
In this position you are responsible for the entire process of specific construction projects. From the initial design phase up to delivery. You lead and coordinate, working closely with (external) contractors and internal teams of a client. You take proactive leadership, and stakeholders can count on you for that.
An architectural project manager is independently able to turn technical drawings directly into executable plans. At the same time, you always keep an eye on quality, safety, and sustainability. Sustainability (in technology) plays a major role in the Energy & Renewables service area, but it is also highly relevant in architecture.
When should you respond to our architectural project manager job opening?

- At least 5 years of experience in comparable positions

- Knowledge of current building regulations and related safety standards
- Knowledge of modern tools focused on BIM, data analysis and digital twins
- An independent and solution oriented attitude

Salary associated with architectural project manager jobs
One of our core principles is striving for transparency: openness in hourly rates, costs, and shared margins. This applies to every TMC employeneur who works with renowned clients.
So in addition to profit sharing and an annual training budget of 2200 euros, an architectural project manager earns a salary between 4000 and 6000 euros gross per month. Your experience plays a role in the exact amount of the salary.
