About this vacancy
As a project manager at TMC, you work with production development and industrialization alongside some of the region's most exciting industrial companies. The projects vary in both scope and content, ranging from feasibility studies and investment projects to the establishment of new production lines, factory expansions, product introductions, and the implementation of new processes and technologies.
In some assignments, you lead projects from idea and feasibility study all the way to implementation and commissioning. In others, you step into the middle of an ongoing project where experience, structure, and drive are required to create progress and guide the work to completion.
The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, purchasing, quality, and other key functions at our clients.
What we expect from you
We are looking for someone who is a university or civil engineer and has several years of experience leading industrial projects.
You are accustomed to navigating complex environments where many stakeholders, technical solutions, and business requirements need to be balanced.
You thrive equally well in creating structure in the early phases as in taking over an ongoing project and driving it to deliver results.
We believe you have experience in:
- Leading investment and industrialization projects
- Developing or transforming production processes and production equipment
- Driving cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Managing projects with many interfaces and stakeholders
- Maintaining progress even when conditions change
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
