What we expect from you

You have successfully managed IT projects and want to continue developing in the role of project manager. You enjoy being a consultant or are eager to try the craft but want to do so in an environment where you can combine the security of being employed with opportunities for personal development and entrepreneurship.

You have at least a three-year technical education as an engineer, computer scientist, or equivalent. You are a natural leader and have previously taken full responsibility for delivery in IT projects/initiatives, including timing, budget, resources, execution, testing, and rollout—both using traditional and agile methods.

You are accustomed to and enjoy occasionally managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously—large and small.

You have gained insight into various industries and carried out projects based on different setups of IT organizations and system landscapes. You are used to working with and meeting requirements—both internally and externally with suppliers or partners. You are passionate about operating at the intersection between business and IT to create the best possible solutions for the customer and user.

Furthermore, you are driven by implementing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions that enable efficient and secure ways of working.

To succeed in this type of leadership role, you have:

• Previous experience in the role of an IT project manager
• At least a 3-year university degree as an engineer, computer scientist, and/or software engineer
• Natural leadership skills, driven to deliver successful projects and ensure delivery based on customer and business requirements
• Experience managing projects using agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence, and the ability to coordinate business, IT, and external suppliers
• Experience in change management, acting as a link between IT and business, and being responsible for stakeholder management
• Strong experience working with and developing business systems
• Good communication skills and extensive experience leading meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Excellent language skills and fluency in Swedish and English
