TMC acquires WEB to strengthen project-driven engineering internationally

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Eindhoven, WEB has grown into an organization of over 350 consultants across the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and Greece. The team supports leading clients such as ASML, Siemens, and DAF. WEB has built a strong reputation in statement of work projects. Their engineers take full responsibility for projects from scope and planning to execution and completion. They also bring deep expertise in industrial engineering, ensuring a smooth transition from product development to stable and scalable mass production. These capabilities complement our ambition to deliver end-to-end project-driven engineering solutions for our clients.

This acquisition is part of our ongoing strategy to grow through targeted acquisitions. We have already successfully acquired companies across Europe, including Sioux Technologies Belgium NV (2026), Level21 (2025), Adventec Consulting (2025), Guldberg and Personites (2024), Open Pixel Systems (2024), and Mobilee (2023).

The transaction is subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals and completion of the co-determination procedures.
