• Perform technical analyses and feasibility studies to support solution design and implementation. 
• Develop, integrate, and optimize technical solutions in line with project objectives. 
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation to ensure solution quality and performance.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in telecommunications networks and services.
• Knowledge of mobile, fixed, or IP network technologies.
• Familiarity with network design, integration, testing, and optimization activities.
• Understanding of telecommunications protocols and network performance principles.
• Experience with technical documentation and project collaboration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and passion for innovation.
• Fluency in English.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
