System Engineer – Defense Sector

About this vacancy

The resource will contribute to the implementation of methodologies and tools aimed at improving integration between various engineering disciplines, promoting the digitalization of development processes and the structured management of product information.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the adoption of Model-Based Engineering methodologies in development processes.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and consistency of system models.
• Contributing to the management and traceability of product information throughout the development cycle.
• Supporting the improvement of collaboration processes between various technical functions.
• Participating in validation and verification activities of system definition through digital models.
• Collaborating in the implementation of collaborative and iterative development methodologies.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in Model-Based Engineering (MBE) or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities.
• Knowledge of IBM DOORS.
• Knowledge of key Systems Engineering processes and the development lifecycle of complex systems.
• C1 proficiency in Italian.
• Good command of the English language.
• Familiarity with Digital Engineering tools and processes, as well as product lifecycle management.
• Availability to work on-site.

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive salary package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with the current company policies.
