About this vacancy

• Analysis of business processes related to procurement, material management, and the supply chain.
• Gathering and formalizing functional requirements in collaboration with business users.
• Configuration and customization of the SAP Materials Management (MM) module in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Support for migration activities to SAP S/4HANA, including data and impacted process analysis.
• Management of testing, validation, and go-live phases during transformation and migration projects.
• Application support, troubleshooting, and handling of evolutive changes.
• Drafting functional documentation and training end users.

What we expect from you

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Procurement and Inventory Management processes.
• Experience in migration and conversion projects to SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of data migration, testing, and cut-over methodologies.
• Ability to gather requirements and interact with business stakeholders.
• C2 Italian
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• On-site presence required 5 days a week.

Location: Campania

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €33,000, in line with the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi provisions.

TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, TMC may propose a final RAL that exceeds the above-mentioned level.

In alignment with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development amounting to €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company's policies in force.
