About this vacancy

We are looking for a RAMS Engineer for aerospace projects who will handle the entire system lifecycle, specifically:

  • Definition of RAMS requirements and analysis strategies
  • Execution of reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety analyses (FMEA, FMECA, FTA, RBD, Hazard Analysis)
  • Support for validation, verification, and design review activities
  • Verification of compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Preparation of technical documentation (RAMS and Safety Case)

What we expect from you

  • Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related fields
  • Experience, including academic, with complex systems and RAMS analysis
  • Knowledge of key methodologies (FMEA, FMECA, FTA, RBD, Hazard Analysis)
  • Ability to draft structured technical documentation
  • Proficiency in Italian and English

 

Considered a plus:

  • Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (e.g. ARP4754, ARP4761)
  • Experience with aerospace or railway projects
  • Familiarity with dedicated RAMS tools

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base annual gross salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

 

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, upon completion of the selection process, taking into account the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL exceeding the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with the company's current policies.
