About this vacancy
For an important initiative in the pharmaceutical field, we are looking for a Project Planner with experience in the economic and operational management of engineering projects, CAPEX, and activities related to the improvement/expansion of plants and production lines.
The role will support the Project Manager and technical departments in monitoring, governance, and project control, ensuring efficiency, timelines, compliance, and financial traceability.
What we expect from you
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Management, Industrial) or related STEM fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the role of Project Controller or similar roles in pharmaceutical, chemical-pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences contexts.
- Experience in engineering project control and CAPEX investment activities.
- Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, reporting, and variance analysis principles.
- Understanding of technical activities typical of pharmaceutical projects (plants, facilities, process equipment).
- Good familiarity with settings regulated by GMP and QA/Compliance processes.
- Excellent command of Excel, project management tools, and reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interface with technical teams and cross-functional departments.
- Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration-oriented.
- Problem-solving, structured thinking, and proactivity.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base is no less than €38,000.00, in line with the provisions of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. Upon completion of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, a final RAL higher than the level indicated above may be proposed.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with the company policies in force.
