Mobile Software Engineer

About this vacancy

For an important project, we are looking for a Mobile Developer with at least 2-3 years of experience, preferably with Flutter skills, who wants to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of modern, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. You will join a software development team, handling the entire lifecycle of mobile applications, from design to implementation, including testing and release activities.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborating with backend development teams, UX/UI Designers, and Product Owners.
• Analyzing functional requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Performing testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
• Participating in code reviews and software continuous improvement activities.
• Ensuring high standards of code quality and technical documentation.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience of 2-3 years in mobile application development.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Knowledge of mobile architectures and key design patterns.
• Experience in integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with code versioning systems (Git).
• Ability to work in a team and interface with technical and functional stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language.
• Strong motivation for TMC’s Employeneurship model.

Considered a plus

• Willingness to travel and relocate will be a preferential requirement.
• Experience in native Android development (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
• Knowledge of Firebase.
• Experience with CI/CD and mobile store release processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).

What you can expect from us

The position involves a permanent employment contract and a base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of no less than €33,000, in compliance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. Following the selection process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes:

• a component of profit-sharing for the project;
• an individual annual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
• an annual welfare credit.
