Computer Vision Engineer

About this vacancy

• Develop Vision Solutions: Progettare e implementare algoritmi di visione artificiale per l'elaborazione di immagini, il rilevamento di oggetti e il riconoscimento di pattern.
• Work with Advanced Frameworks: Costruire applicazioni robuste utilizzando strumenti come OpenCV e altre librerie di visione.
• Optimize Performance: Migliorare l'accuratezza, la velocità e la scalabilità dei sistemi di visione per applicazioni reali.
• Data Handling: Raccogliere, pre-elaborare e analizzare dataset di immagini e video.
• Model Integration: Integrare modelli di visione artificiale in ambienti di produzione e sistemi industriali.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Lavorare a stretto contatto con ingegneri software, data scientist e team hardware per offrire soluzioni end-to-end.
• Testing & Validation: Garantire l'affidabilità attraverso test rigorosi e validazione degli algoritmi di visione.
• Documentation: Mantenere una documentazione chiara delle architetture, dei modelli e dei processi di sviluppo.

What we expect from you

• Education: M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python. Nice to have: .NET
• Computer Vision Expertise: Hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries such as OpenCV or similar.
• Algorithms & Theory: Solid understanding of image processing, machine learning, and deep learning fundamentals.
• Data Skills: Experience with image datasets, annotations, and preprocessing techniques.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Languages: Good command of Italian and English is mandatory.
• Motivation: Strong interest in innovative technologies and TMC’s Employeneurship model.
