• Data Handling: Collect, preprocess, and analyze image and video datasets.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and hardware teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Testing & Validation: Ensure reliability through rigorous testing and validation of vision algorithms.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of architectures, models, and development processes.

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

• Education: M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python. Nice to have: .NET
• Computer Vision Expertise: Hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries such as OpenCV or similar.
• Algorithms & Theory: Solid understanding of image processing, machine learning, and deep learning fundamentals.
• Data Skills: Experience with image datasets, annotations, and preprocessing techniques.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Languages: Good command of Italian and English is mandatory.
• Motivation: Strong interest in innovative technologies and TMC’s Employeneurship model.

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
