C# Software Engineer

About this vacancy

We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid expertise in C# to support the development of scalable, high-performing, and user-oriented software solutions in high-performance engineering contexts. In this role, you will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of applications based on Microsoft technologies, focusing on C#, .NET/.NET Core, and modern architectures.

You will work on the entire software lifecycle: requirements analysis, back-end development, integration with APIs and databases, front-end implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment in structured environments. 

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure code quality, performance, application security, and the evolutionary continuity of the solutions developed. 

What we expect from you

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience of 3-5 years in the development of complex applications.
• Experience in development with C#, .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core. 
• Knowledge of web architectures, REST API, microservices, and system integration. 
• Experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server, or other relational databases. 
• Front-end skills with Angular, React, or Vue.js, as well as TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
• Familiarity with Git, code review practices, testing, and clean code principles. 
• Good analytical skills, operational autonomy, and the ability to engage with technical and functional stakeholders. 
• Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English.
• Strong motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC

Considered a plus:

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Microsoft Azure cloud environments, or containerization.
• Willingness to travel and relocate.

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent employment contract and a basic Gross Annual Salary (RAL) not less than €32,000, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package. At the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes:

• a component of profit sharing from the project;
• an annual individual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
• an annual welfare credit.
