About this vacancy
As a mechanic, you participate in the operational process of manufacturing our machines and systems. You are responsible for correctly assembling machines and systems. You ensure that the quality of the end product meets the required standards and specifications. Performing and reporting the final test is also part of your duties. Your primary tasks, authorities, and responsibilities include: - Assembly of subassemblies and complete machines. - Assembly of systems and installations, including various components. - Installing piping on systems for testing purposes. - Identifying (order) needs according to the applicable procedure (materials, components, and tools). - Testing and commissioning of machines, systems, or installations. - Using drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, part lists, commissioning, and test reports during installation, assembly, and testing activities. - Ensuring disassembly and preparation for shipment of installations after completing the work assignment. Returning leftover materials to the warehouse, including part lists.
What we expect from you
- MBO level of working and thinking. - Extensive experience (approximately 5 years) in assembly and installation. - Excellent product knowledge (installations and systems, components, and spare parts). - Sufficient knowledge of materials and manual skills. - Delivers a perfect finish. - Possesses the required material knowledge, technical expertise, and (manual) skills.
