All-round Mechanic

About this vacancy

As a technician, you contribute to the operational process of manufacturing our machines and systems. You are responsible for assembling machines and systems correctly. You ensure that the quality of the end product meets the requirements and specifications. Performing and reporting the final test is also part of your duties. Your primary tasks, authorities, and responsibilities include:

• Assembly of sub-assemblies and complete machines.
• Assembly of systems and installations. Installing various components on installations.
• Providing installations with piping work required for testing.
• Identifying (ordering) needs according to the applicable procedure (material, components, and tools).
• Acceptance and testing of machines and systems or installations.
• Using drawings, diagrams, assembly instructions, bills of materials, acceptance, and test reports during installation, assembly, and testing activities.
• Handling disassembly and preparing installations for shipment after completing the work order. Returning leftover materials to the warehouse, including bills of materials.

What we expect from you

• MBO-level working and thinking capacity.
• Extensive experience (approximately 5 years) in the field of assembly and installation.
• Excellent product knowledge (installations and systems, components, and spare parts).
• Sufficient knowledge of materials and manual skills.
• Delivers a perfect finish.
• Possesses the necessary material knowledge, technical expertise, and (manual) skills.
