About this vacancy

The resource will join a team engaged in the development of control systems for safety-critical aerospace applications. They will be involved in the design, simulation, validation, and integration of control algorithms, contributing to the development of innovative, high-performance solutions.



  • Development of control laws for electronic, electromechanical, and electrohydraulic equipment.
  • Implementation of design requirements and support for system integration.
  • Verification and validation through simulations and laboratory testing.
  • Analysis of test results and troubleshooting activities.
  • Preparation and management of technical documentation.
  • Support for continuous improvement of products and processes.

What we expect from you

  • Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Knowledge of control theory and control algorithm development.
  • Experience with MATLAB® and Simulink®.
  • Experience in simulation, verification, and validation activities.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Problem-solving attitude, innovation-oriented mindset, and ability to work in teams.

Considered a plus:

  • Experience with electric motors, electromechanical actuators, and electrohydraulic systems.
  • Skills in electronics, software, or mechanics.
  • Knowledge of Python, Jira, DOORS.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base annual gross salary (RAL) will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

 

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and following the selection process, assessing the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct profit sharing component (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net per year for skills development, and an annual welfare credit. Additional details will be provided during the selection phase, respecting the company's policies in force.
