A traineeship is a journey where you work and learn at the same time within a company. You develop both your professional and personal skills through training, mentoring and practical experience. Together in a group consisting of approximately 8 trainees, each trainee has his/her own project at a client, but meet several times for training and intervision sessions. Furthermore, you will receive personal guidance from a mentor (an experienced employeneur, who is happy to offer guidance to those starting out in the job market)

Supply Chain Management: from this group, we serve our clients with a wide scope. From inbound to outbound and everything in between! The assignment opportunities therefore range from planning to project management.

Our three-year traineeship is built on several pillars for your development:
Interpersonal skills: Each year, you'll participate in five training sessions focused on soft skills that are particularly valuable at the start of your career.
Technical skills: Annually, you'll receive 1 to 2 trainings on technical topics relevant to our field, such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) and Problem Solving.
Structured peer coaching moments: In group settings, we reflect on the skills learned in combination with your current client project.
On-site mentoring (with the client) by one of our experienced employeneurs to support you in addressing everyday technical challenges in practice.

Graduate college or university degree, in the direction of the desired traineeship. Furthermore, we are looking for motivated, inquisitive and enthusiastic professional who is eager to continue learning.
The salary for a traineeship varies, but is on average between €2900 and €3400 gross per month, depending on (relevant) work experience and highest level of education. Furthermore, you will enjoy further secondary benefits, such as a fully catered traineeship program (worth €3200,- per year), travel allowance, vacation allowance, etc.
