Get ready to work at our high-tech client in the field of R&D and Manufacturing!
During a 2-year traineeship, you’ll tackle challenging assignments across different departments. This is your chance to gain diverse experiences and develop a wide range of competencies in an international environment. The client is one of the largest high-tech machine manufacturers (OEM) in the Eindhoven region.
Are you curious about the challenges within an R&D department and cleanroom assembly? Do you enjoy exploring which environment suits you best through hands-on experience? Then this is a unique opportunity for you to find out!

The ideal candidate
- Starters with a technical BSc or MSc degree, with 0-2 years of work experience
- Educational focus: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Personality: entrepreneurial, curious, eager to learn, flexible, and adaptive
- Interest: developing various competencies in diverse environments, practical mindset
- Solid foundational skills in communication (English) and organization
- Currently residing in the Netherlands and authorized to work in the Netherlands
