What we expect from you

• You have recently earned or are about to earn a master's degree or PhD in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• You have a strong inclination for research, innovation, and complex problem-solving.
• You are interested in applying your academic skills to tangible industrial projects.
• You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and/or have an interest in developing new ideas and technological solutions.
• You have a passion for technology and innovation.
• You speak Italian and English fluently.
