About this vacancy
As a starting professional, you see the challenge in being the link between design and execution. You enjoy working in the construction trailer and have the creativity to translate ideas into safe, executable designs. You collaborate with work planners and executors on practical solutions. As a modeler/work planner, you are part of a specialized group and, together with your fellow modelers, ensure that all models and drawings meet the required standards. These are the key tasks and responsibilities in your role: - Creating models and drawings for work planning and execution, such as temporary structures, construction phasing, earthworks, crane setups, site layout, and logistics. - Delivering models for the development of a 4D schedule. - Consulting with the project team about clashes, interfaces, and identifying the right solutions. - Coordinating with other modelers regarding models and drawings. - Reviewing drawings made by fellow draftsmen. - Monitoring the progress of the documents you are responsible for preparing.

The Construction Technology department bridges the gap between design and execution and comprises structural engineers, modelers, project planners, and specialists. Within this team, you will be involved in one or more projects and tenders, making your role dynamic and versatile. From the start, you will receive intensive guidance from experienced modelers.
What we expect from you:
- A completed degree in construction or civil engineering.
- Experience with modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and/or Synchro (Pro) or a willingness to develop in these areas.
- You enjoy contributing to the execution process as a modeler.
- You enjoy contributing to the design process as a project planner.
- You have an eye for precision, are solution-focused, and adopt a goal-oriented approach.
- You stand for the quality of your work and actively seek advice from colleagues when needed.
- You are not afraid to address issues openly and dare to be critical.
- You are a versatile, communicatively skilled team player who works proactively.
