About this vacancy
For a client active in underground infrastructure, we are looking for a work planner who thrives on projects such as the remediation of gas and water pipelines. You will work together with a close-knit team on exciting projects in the Apeldoorn-Zwolle region, within an organization that excels in the civil engineering aspects of the work. As a work planner, you are the connecting link between planning and execution. You ensure flawless preparation and collaborate closely with the project manager and site manager for safe and efficient project implementation. Your tasks will include: - Preparing, documenting, and sharing project data; - Determining the required materials and ordering them in a timely manner; - Drafting and managing documentation and reports; - Further developing designs with the team to achieve practical and efficient results; - Monitoring progress and quality in project administration; - Reviewing established data and aligning it with project reports; - Contributing ideas for improvements in project management and administrative processes. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, enabling the team on-site to build with confidence.
What we expect from you
MBO working and thinking level; Several years of experience in a similar role; Experience with projects involving water and/or gas pipelines; Proficiency with MS Office and related software; Proficiency in the Dutch language at a minimum B2 level;
