About this vacancy

As a work preparer, you play a crucial role in the preparation of projects within the energy transition. You ensure a seamless technical, organizational, and administrative preparation for the installation of underground infrastructure, particularly in the field of electricity. You translate the client's request into a concrete, executable plan and make sure everything behind the scenes is in order. This includes tasks such as: - Applying for permits - Ordering materials - Drafting and monitoring schedules - Coordinating revisions and documentation - Monitoring progress and quality - Managing financial and administrative handling You work closely with supervisors, technicians, and other colleagues, as well as external parties such as subcontractors and permitting authorities. Thanks to your structured approach and attention to detail, every project is delivered on time and in full. This role demands flexibility, responsibility, and strong problem-solving skills. No project is the same, so you know how to adapt, prioritize, and ensure smooth collaboration between all involved parties.

What we expect from you

At least a relevant MBO-4 degree
At least 2-5 years of experience as a work planner (or similar)
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
Driver's license B
