About this vacancy
You ensure that projects not only work on paper but can also be successfully executed in the field. From the preparation phase, you maintain oversight, coordinate with all involved parties, and ensure that materials, permits, and schedules are available at the right time. You switch daily between technology, organization, and communication, making sure everyone has the right information to carry out the work safely and efficiently.
Thanks to your approach, projects focused on the installation, reinforcement, and expansion of medium-voltage networks proceed according to plan, minimizing surprises during execution.
What you will do:
- Prepare, coordinate, and monitor project schedules.
- Handle the technical, organizational, and administrative preparation of projects.
- Apply for and follow up on permits and approvals.
- Procure and align materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify risks, deviations, and bottlenecks and anticipate them in a timely manner.
- Ensure the correct delivery of as-built data and project documentation.
- Support progress monitoring and the financial settlement of projects.
What we expect from you
- A relevant secondary vocational education (MBO) level 3 or higher.
- Experience as a work preparer or in a similar role within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sector.
- An excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively align various interests.
- A structured, precise, and proactive working approach.
- The ability to maintain an overview and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- In possession of a category B driver's license.
