About this vacancy
As a Work Planner for Energy Transition, you are responsible for preparing projects focused on the installation and expansion of medium voltage networks. You serve as the connecting link between clients, execution teams, subcontractors, and other involved parties. You translate technical challenges into a concrete and executable plan, ensuring that projects can be carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Thanks to your preparation, the work in the field proceeds smoothly, allowing executors and technicians to get started immediately.
What will you do?
- Drafting and monitoring project schedules.
- Managing the technical, organizational, and administrative preparation of projects.
- Requesting and following up on permits and other required approval processes.
- Ordering and coordinating materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Coordinating with clients, executors, technicians, subcontractors, and permit providers.
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations within projects.
- Responsible for the accurate delivery of revision and project documentation.
- Supporting the financial processing and progress monitoring of projects.
What we expect from you
- A relevant vocational education (MBO) level 3 or higher.
- At least several years of experience as a work planner or in a similar role within the infrastructure, energy, or engineering sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A structured and precise way of working, with the ability to maintain oversight across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Driver’s license B.
