Verification & Validation Engineer (HW/SW)

About this vacancy

The resource will be involved in system requirements verification and validation activities, contributing to ensuring the compliance of developed solutions with project specifications and required quality standards. They will be responsible for:

• Defining and performing Verification & Validation activities on hardware and software components;
• Analyzing functional and technical requirements, verifying their completeness, consistency, and testability;
• Developing and executing test cases, test procedures, and test reports;
• Collaborating with hardware design and software development teams to resolve anomalies identified during testing campaigns;
• Supporting system integration and validation activities;
• Using simulation and analysis environments based on MATLAB to verify performance and requirements;
• Managing technical documentation related to testing and validation activities;
• Participating in technical reviews and continuous improvement activities for V&V processes.

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree in Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
• Experience in Verification & Validation activities for hardware and/or software systems;
• Excellent knowledge of MATLAB and its simulation and analysis tools;
• Experience in defining and executing functional, integration, and system tests;
• Ability to analyze requirements and manage their traceability;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Italian proficiency level C1;
• On-site presence required 5 days a week.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base will not be less than €33,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to providing a competitive remuneration package and, upon completion of the selection process evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may offer a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with the company policies in effect.
