About this vacancy
We are looking for a UV-Curable Ink Quality Engineer to join an advanced R&D environment developing next-generation industrial inkjet technologies. In this role, you will help ensure the performance, reliability, and long-term quality of UV-curable inks by:
- Improving and validating quality methodologies - Investigating links between raw material and final ink specifications
- Assessing print quality, robustness, and process tolerances
- Developing and automating measurement methods
- Defining and executing reliability and endurance tests
- Supporting the transfer of quality methods from R&D to manufacturing
- Using AI-enabled tools responsibly to support analysis and decision-making
What we expect from you
- MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience at the interface of chemistry and physics
- Strong quality and continuous improvement mindset
- Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Team player with an interest in innovation and new technologies
