Testing Engineer

About this vacancy
o Follow the complete project development with a V-Cycle based approach
o Definition and monitoring of Testing & Validation procedures and planning
o Work closely with Engineering and Product Development teams
o Participate and collaborate in cross-functional team meetings
o Define and implement best practices to improve project robustness
o Identification and resolution of anomalies arising during Validation activities
What we expect from you
o MSc in Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent, focus on vehicle engineering will be considered a plus
o Previous experience in Electric/Electronics Systems Testing will be considered a plus
o 2+ years of professional experience
o Availability for occasional short business trips
o Good proficiency with CAN/LIN and diagnostic protocols and Vector tools (CANalyzer/CANoe)
o Previous experience with Vehicle Homologation standards and/or ADAS systems will be considered a plus
oSkilled in test execution, log analysis, and testing results presentation
o Native/bilingual Italian language proficiency, Professional English language required
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) will be no less than €33,000, in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package. At the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final gross annual salary higher than the indicated amount.
In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a profit-sharing component on projects, an individual annual budget of €4,000 net dedicated to learning and development, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the selection process according to the applicable company policies.
