Testing and Validation Engineer

About this vacancy
You will work on ECU, sensors, actuators, body electronics, infotainment, and communication networks, with particular involvement in systems enabling autonomous driving, such as perception sensors, control units, and sensor fusion modules. You will perform bench and vehicle testing and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the performance, reliability, and compliance of advanced technologies for autonomous vehicles.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Experience in testing automotive E/E systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of ECU, body electronics, sensors/actuators, infotainment systems, and ADAS components
- Familiarity with CAN/LIN communication, diagnostic protocols (UDS), and Vector tools (CANalyzer/CANoe)
- Ability to perform bench and vehicle testing, analyze logs, and document results
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Knowledge of the Italian language at C1 level
- Good knowledge of the English language at B1 level
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) will be no less than €32,000, in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package. At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final gross annual salary exceeding the indicated amount.
In line with our company model, the final remuneration package also includes a profit-sharing component from projects, an individual annual budget of €4,000 net dedicated to learning and development, and an annual welfare allowance. Additional details will be provided during the selection process in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
