TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Test Manager (M/F) for one of its clients.

About this vacancy
You would be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing and coordinating testing activities, tracking anomalies, and contributing to production rollout decisions. You will work closely with IT teams, business units, and various stakeholders in an agile and cross-functional environment, without hierarchical management responsibilities.
What we expect from you
Minimum of 6 years of experience in testing, including 3 years in Test Management and 3 years in test analysis or test execution. Strong command of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMAP) and agile methods. Experience in managing test campaigns, handling defects, and tracking quality indicators (KPIs). Knowledge of test tools: Jira, Xray, Postman, Swagger, Playwright. Good understanding of test automation, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Cross-functional leadership, diligence, organization, analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to identify risks, raise alerts, and communicate effectively. Experience in complex, multi-team environments. Proficiency in French and professional English. Knowledge of the ecosystem and artificial intelligence tools is an asset.
