About this vacancy
As a Tender Strategist, you are the link between the client’s request and the development of a convincing EMVI strategy. In collaboration with the EMVI coordinator and tender manager, you work meticulously on formulating the strategy, always keeping the client’s needs in mind. With your communication skills, you ensure the tender team stays sharp and provide support in preparing dialogue meetings with the client.
In addition to your role during the tender phase, you are also responsible for the smooth transfer of the strategy to the project teams after the contract is awarded. This gives you direct insight into the results of your work. Moreover, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the EMVI team and collaborate integrally in a dynamic environment. Your interest in social themes such as sustainability and energy transition is highly valuable in our work.
What we expect from you
- A completed higher vocational education (HBO) or university education (WO).
- Proven work experience with tenders and/or EMVI.
- Affinity with the sector and societal themes.
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and persuasive.
- Empathy and the ability to understand both the client and the team well.
- Talent for distinguishing main and minor issues and keeping the team on track.
