About this vacancy

Onze klant, toonaangevend in innovatieve infrastructuur- en waterbouwprojecten, breidt zijn tenderteam uit en zoekt een Calculator / Tender Coördinator die van A tot Z verantwoordelijk wil zijn voor diverse aanbestedingen. Ben jij analytisch, gestructureerd en klaar om een sleutelrol op te nemen vanaf de tenderfase tot de uiteindelijke overdracht naar uitvoering? Dan leren we je graag kennen!

Jouw functie

Als Calculator / Tender Coördinator ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen het tenderproces. Je werkt tegelijk aan verschillende dossiers die uiteenlopende doorlooptijden hebben — van 6 weken tot soms 12 maanden.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

Volledige tenderbehandeling (A–Z):

Bestekken analyseren en vertalen naar een concreet plan van aanpak Berekeningen uitvoeren van planning, budget, fasering en doorlooptijden
Risico’s en optimalisaties detecteren en uitwerken
Offertes opvragen, evalueren en verwerken
Coördinatie & teamwork: Regelmatige afstemming met de uitvoerders, projectleiders en werfleiding Interne kick-offs en tender-meetings organiseren
Technische input verzamelen en structureren
De uiteindelijke offerte technisch en financieel mee vormgeven
Aanwezigheid op kantoor en werven: Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit Burcht (Zwijndrecht) Je bezoekt ook regelmatig werven om inzichten op te doen voor toekomstige projecten

What we expect from you

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die graag meebouwt aan uitdagende projecten en die zich sterk voelt in zowel analyse als coördinatie.

✅ Ingenieursprofiel: Elektromechanica of Bouwkunde

✅ 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige of relevante functie (calculatie, tendering, werkvoorbereiding, engineering …)

✅ Nederlands als moedertaal of op professioneel niveau

✅ Sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen

✅ Zin om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen in brede, complexe tenders
