About this vacancy
As a Technical Lead, you will operate at the intersection of senior engineering and system-level thinking, with opportunities to grow towards architect or managerial roles. You will work on complex projects in areas related to Electronics/Electrical Engineering. In this role, you will not only contribute technically, but also take ownership of (sub)systems, guide other engineers, and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading technical design decisions at system or subsystem level
- Coaching and guiding (junior/medior) engineers
- Acting as the technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Translating system requirements into feasible technical solutions
- Ensuring quality, performance, and scalability of designs
- Contributing hands-on where needed (architecture, design, reviews)
What we expect from you
We are looking for engineers who are ready to step into a broader role combining technology and leadership.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in electronics (e.g., FPGA, PCB, system integration, embedded, or automotive)
- Proven technical expertise in at least one domain within electronics
- Experience or clear ambition in leadership, coaching or technical ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the Dutch engineering landscape is a strong plus
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a strong plus
- Ability to operate both hands-on and on a conceptual/architectural level
