About this vacancy
For an innovative technical environment, we are looking for a Technical Writer / Technical Documentalist who translates complex technical information into clear and structured documentation. In this role, you are responsible for drafting, managing, and optimizing technical documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle. You ensure that user manuals, maintenance instructions, and technical files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
What we expect from you
MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a similar technical field. Experience in writing and managing technical documentation. Technical insight into machine building, constructions, industrial systems, or similar environments. Knowledge of user manuals in compliance with the Machinery Directive, Machinery Regulation, and relevant standards. Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word. Experience with a Component Content Management System (CCMS), preferably SmartDocs. Experience with document management, revision control, and standardized document structures.
