This position is ideal for professionals who want to be both technically strong and have an impact on the development of construction projects. At TMC, you work with various clients in residential construction, utility buildings, and industrial real estate, while TMC remains your permanent employer. You are given the opportunity to shape projects in-depth and develop yourself at the intersection of technology, design, and project development.
What we expect from you
- Completed Higher Professional Education (HBO) or University-level (WO) degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Experience in technical design and development of construction projects
- Knowledge of the construction process and project phases (SO, VO, DO, UO)
- Affinity with sustainable and innovative construction methods
- Experience with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM software
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented
- Minimum C1 or C2 level proficiency in the Dutch language
