System Hardware Engineer - Aerospace

In the context of strong growth and an increasing number of complex space projects, we are looking for highly qualified professionals who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the development of hardware systems for space and human flight.

The main activities will include:

• Design of electronic units for space applications (e.g., EPS, control units for robotic applications, electronic units for payloads)
• Drafting of test procedures and test sequences
• Reviewing and technical validation of hardware documentation (electrical schematics, block diagrams, mechanical layouts, thermal analysis, parts lists)
• Supporting the preparation of project milestones
• Participating in meetings with end customers (ESA, ASI) and coordinating suppliers

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in electronic engineering, biomedical engineering with an electronic focus, mechatronics, or related fields
• Experience in power electronics, analog or digital board design, including system architecture definition, equipment sizing, and technical trade-offs
• Knowledge of electrical CAD tools (Altium, Kicad, etc.)
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge of English; native-level Italian or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the ECSS standard

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract and the base annual gross salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €34,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development amounting to €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in line with company policies in force.
