About this vacancy

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Surveyor who will be responsible for the qualitative and quantitative survey data and measurements of cables and pipelines. You ensure that thousands of households are always provided with light, heat, gas, electricity, and water.

As a surveyor, you carry out all necessary surveying tasks related to infrastructure projects and manage records so that data is always accurate, correct, and traceable. Based on the client's requirements and specifications, you accurately document the location data and properties of cables, pipelines, and topography.

Your responsibilities include:

Efficiently planning and conducting measurements while maintaining contact with foremen and/or supervisors regarding the execution of recordings and measurements
Inspecting measuring instruments for functionality and identifying defects
Recording and precisely processing measurement data and creating field sketches using CAD software
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with procedures, guidelines, and legal requirements related to safety, health, quality, labor conditions, and the environment

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-growing company with ambitious future plans. This is a role with significant responsibility, where you collaborate with site managers in different regions who oversee project execution.

You will be part of a diverse team with both young and experienced colleagues, where teamwork and brainstorming with your coworkers are standard practice. The team consists of modelers, surveyors, and ground radar operators. You will work closely with foremen and supervisors to accurately document what they have constructed.

What we expect from you

MBO level (e.g., surveying, civil engineering, road/water construction, electrical engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of and experience with automated processing systems
Knowledge of underground infrastructure technology (gas, water, energy, telecom)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Driver's license B
