About this vacancy
As a Supply Chain in our Life Sciences & Med Tech team, you will work with flows and processes together with our clients in and around Gothenburg. The assignments can include demand and supply planning, inventory management, supplier development, process mapping and redesign, production planning, project coordination and continuous improvement of the flows that carry a product from raw material to patient.
Assignments span both clinical and commercial supply, in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device environments. Depending on the assignment, your work may include:
• Planning demand and supply, managing inventory, and balancing cost against risk to keep supply on time.
• Mapping and redesigning end-to-end flows, and driving continuous improvement in lead time, cost and robustness.
• Optimising and scaling production processes, and supporting validation and qualification activities.
• Developing suppliers and coordinating external partners across a global network.
• Working within GMP quality management systems, handling deviations, complaints and change controls.
The role may involve ongoing operational support as well as work on larger projects. Working in a dynamic environment with cross-disciplinary teams means you sharpen both your technical expertise and your social skills as you collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders.
What we expect from you
We would be glad to see experience with demand and supply planning, inventory or ERP systems, Lean or Six Sigma methodology, project management, or GMP quality management systems.
Requirements for the role:
• An academic degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering and management, mechanical or chemical engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Experience within planning, supply chain, production or process improvement, preferably from a regulated environment.
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• The ability to adapt to and operate within several systems at once.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• English spoken and written fluently at a professional level. Swedish is considered a merit.
To fit this role, you will be proactive and have a strong drive and commitment. You enjoy taking assignments through to completion and have an analytical and strategic mindset. You are used to working in a dynamic environment and have experience communicating at different levels within larger organisations.
What you can expect from us
In the role as an Employeneur, you get to develop your technical expertise while also driving your own development and business. You become part of an innovative and entrepreneurial organisation where the focus is on continuous development and the opportunity to take full responsibility for steering your own career.
We place great importance on your personal commitment. You influence which projects you take on and which competence development you invest in. Quite simply, you steer your own career.
