Supply Chain Engineer Are you ready to make an impact within the Supply Chain?
What we expect from you
What will you do? Designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, ERP, data, suppliers, and customers; Maintaining oversight of the entire supply chain and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; Analyzing data related to Quality, Logistics, Time, and Cost, and translating this into concrete improvement actions; Monitoring logistic KPIs and initiating continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, 5S, and FMEA; Supporting planning and reporting towards the project manager; Responding to ad-hoc issues and contributing to improvement projects on the work floor. What do you bring? A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering & Management, Operations & Logistics, or a similar field; Strong analytical skills and affinity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems; Good communication skills and experience with stakeholder management; A proactive, result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and personal development; Good command of Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
