About this vacancy
As a foreman, you are responsible for the daily management of projects within underground infrastructure. You connect planning, execution, and engineering, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities: - Managing technicians, work preparers, and engineers - Preparing daily and weekly schedules and monitoring progress - Coordinating the installation and replacement of cables and pipelines - Ensuring safe and high-quality execution (safety first) - Maintaining contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders - Monitoring project costs and handling administration - Timely identifying bottlenecks and making adjustments as needed You are the main point of contact on-site and continuously maintain a balance between planning, quality, safety, and budget.
What we expect from you
- You are decisive, strong in communication, and take responsibility for the results of your projects.
- MBO-4 or HBO education (technical)
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or similar
- Knowledge of underground infrastructure (gas, water, electricity)
- Possession of relevant certifications (such as KIWA) is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Driver's license B
- Strong in organizing, planning, and leadership
