About this vacancy
Working within the R&D team, you will be involved in the design and implementation of the overall testing strategy of complex industrial systems in order to guarantee quality, functionality, and performance.
- Define testing strategy and test cases
- Execute testing activities in accordance with the agreed schedule and project deadlines
- Establish priorities and report on risks
- Analyze results and produce technical reports
What we expect from you
- M. Sc in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an R&D environment
- Knowledge in Software testing
- Knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge in IP networking
- Knowledge in Android and/or iOS would be a plus
- Good command of Italian and English language
- Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods is a plus
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
What you can expect from us
The position entails a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €33,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, by evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL exceeding the level mentioned above.
In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual budget for skills development amounting to €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with current company policies.
