About this vacancy
Working within the R&D team, you will be involved in the design and implementation of the overall testing strategy of complex industrial systems in order to guarantee quality, functionality and performance.
- Define testing strategy and test cases
- Execute testing activities in accordance to agreed schedule and project deadlines
- Establishes priorities and report on risks
- Analyze results and produce technical reports
What we expect from you
- M. Sc in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an R&D environment
- Knowledge in Software testing
- Knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge in IP networking
- Knowledge in Android and/or iOS would be a plus
- Good command of Italian and English language
- Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods is a plus
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €33000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
