Software Integration Engineer

About this vacancy

• Support the integration of MATLAB/Simulink models into vehicle software architectures
• Analyze and solve complex modeling issues (algebraic loops, sample time, scheduling)
• Perform model simulation and functional validation
• Support code generation and low-level C integration
• Ensure compliance with modeling guidelines and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technical documentation

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields)
• Good knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink
• Basic understanding of control systems and Model-Based Design
• Strong interest in automotive and embedded systems
• Problem-solving mindset, accuracy and willingness to learn
• Fluent Italian and technical English (B1/B2)

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €32.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
